Gloucester Arts and Cultural Council Inc., better known as GACCI, is a not-for-profit volunteer-run arts organisation that was established in 1999 by a group of art-minded community members to promote an inclusive arts and cultural community in the regional New South Wales town of Gloucester, in the hinterland of the Barrington Coast.
